SIBO TESTING

SIBO is a condition where bacterial overgrowth occurs in the small intestine. Symptoms of SIBO can include diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal cramping, bloating, reflux, joint pain and skin rashes. Certain vitamins and minerals may not be properly absorbed in the presence of SIBO.

This test is an affordable, non-invasive breath test that is carried out in the comfort of your own home. The results will be ready for your follow-up consultation and I will determine the best dietary protocol for you, to eliminate SIBO and restore digestive function.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM FUNCTION TESTING (CDSA)

This test is an effective way to assess the digestive function and the microbiological environment of the gut. It shows the level of pathogenic and beneficial flora in the gut and is used to screen for bacteria, yeasts and parasites. It can also be used to test for digestion, absorption, metabolism, inflammation, tumours and ulcers.

It is an easy, non-invasive test. Depending on your symptoms, I will determine which level of this test is most appropriate for you.

HAIR TEST FOR 500 ITEMS

This hair analysis test is very different from common hair mineral analysis testing. Based on 30 years of research and development, this test determines the bio-compatibility of over 500 foods and household items for your body.

This safe, non-invasive test is ideal for identifying foods that are causing inflammation in the body.  By adjusting your diet for a period of time, your cellular function is restored.  This test is ideal if you are suffering with skin problems, eczema, rashes, psoriasis; digestive issues such as bloating, indigestion, irritable bowel, constipation; arthritis; or any other health issues.

ADRENAL FUNCTION TESTING

This non-invasive salivary test accurately measures bioactive levels of cortisol and other adrenal hormones in the body.

Levels are tested over the course of a day to determine the function of the adrenals. Chronic stress taxes the adrenals and can lead to adrenal fatigue.

This test is ideal if you are feeling tired but wired, having trouble getting up in the morning, or struggling to get to sleep at night. Poor adrenal function can also be an underlying cause of anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity and many other conditions.

 FOOD INTOLERANCE TEST

Food can cause many conditions including digestive issues, skin reactions, fatigue and chronic pain. This test uses the ALCAT diagnostic system to screen for intolerances and sensitivities to foods as well as food additives, environmental chemicals and moulds. This differs from an allergy test and can reveal intolerances that would not be picked up via allergy tests.
